Dear Sirs:
I am in need of about 600 linear feet of the 10 foot wide 1/2 inch mesh white plastic netting that is sometimes used to put over sod for erosion control. I do not wish the black plastic, as I understand it is more biodegradeable than the white. I also understand that this mesh comes if rolls of about 2400 feet, but that is too much for my needs.
I am an amateur vintner, and am licensed to produce domestic wine i the State of Missouri providing I can grow enough grapes that the birds don't eat before they get ripe. In the past I have been using the Bemis Bag Company "erosion net" made of paper, but it is much too biodegradeable, and is not satisfactory.
Last year I saw some of this white plastic netting being placed over sod on U.S. Hwy. 29. I understand that it is produced by Conwed, Plastic Division, and it appears to meet my needs for bird control.
Would you please let me know it I may purchase 600 feet.
