Dear Sirs:
Another 2 years have passed since I last ordered from your company, and I am not sure of the present prices. However, enclosed is a check for $6.00 (an edit is made in handwritten blue ink "$8.00")for which please send me five envelopes of Montrachet strain, Active Dry Wine Yeast and five envelopes of Champagne Active Dry Wine Yeast. *If this does not use up all of the $8.00, then please add a (few) packets ("or two" lined through) of the Lager Beer Yeast and Ale Beer Yeast.
