Dear Sirs:
Having retired from the active practice of medicine and surgery on the 1st of July 1981 I will now turn my energies to other endeavors.
During prohibition days, and even up through World War II years, I was able to make a fair brew, as I had obtained a supply of brewers yeast. I now hope to renew my lost talent.
Having just read "The New Brew it Yourself" book by Leigh P. Beadle, I see where there is a "Superbrau", complete ingredient pack which shortens and simplifies the process.
I will need a single stage fermenter as illustrated in Mr. Beadle's book, with the lid and airlock to fit, and please enclose three or four "Superbrau" complete ingredient packs for the various types of beer. I would also like to have a brochure.
