Dear Sirs:
It is time again to get some new yeast for the present vintage. This year I will need three envelopes of the Montrachet and 6 Champagne Dry Wine Yeast. Enclosed is a check for $8.00. If this is not sufficient please bill me, or if it is too much, add some yeast nutrient, and pectic enzyme.
Sincerely,
enc. 1
