Mr. Ira C. Deaver Supt of the Seneca Indian Schools and the Quapaw Agency,
Oklahoma, has given me your name. As a collector of Indian baskets, I would like to know if anything can be had through you. If you know of any baskets that the Indians you are connected with are willing to sell I would like to have a description of the same together with size and price. If I can use them, I will be pleased to send you a draft with the order.
