Letter from E.J. Meyer of the Merchants National Bank, Omaha, Nebraska, regarding the purchase price of Indian artifacts in his keeping that might be for sale. Vol II pg. 101C Dear Sir: I acknowledge receipt of your communication of the 8th inst. I am willing to cut the original pieces of the Ghost Dance Shirt, from $25.00 to $20.00. The belt was not included in the original purchase, but bought by me to use with the shirt as they are both old pieces, and harmonize perfectly. The belt you may have for $2.00, its cost to me. I would not care to dispose of the two pieces for less than $22.00. Yours truly,
