WINE STUDY COURSE
Dear Mrs. McDonald:
We are glad to enroll you in the free Wine Study Course. The course is based on a set of four wine handbooks. The first two booklets are of interest to consumers and wine hobbyists. The last two handbooks are intended primarily for store and restaurant personnel selling wine. However, all who enroll may have the complete course if they wish.
Enclosed herewith are Handbooks No. 1 and 2 and questions thereon. When returning the second question sheet to us you may indicate thereon whether you wish any further booklets in the course. Your examined papers will be returned to you with any additional material requested and a handsome diploma, suitable for framing.
Everyone who completes the consumer Wine Study Course will also receive a handy reference chart showing wine types and uses, and notes on wine tasting.
Your interest in wine is very much appreciated and we hope you will continue your study and use of wine.
