Dar Sir:
Replying to yours of Dec. 29' concerning the Blanket, wish to state your export friend is
badly mistaken regarding the Pueblo Blanket.
I have had Blankets for the past 15 years and when I bought it the "black" on Blanket should show old age as
much as it does today.
??? made use of the Blanket - but had it carefully packed away during all the years. However Blanket has been ??????? several years by Museum ??? ?? & always ?????????? a first class old Pueblo (Zuni) Blanket.
In my letter of Nov. 12th I wrote you Mr Herbert Bra Mi the well known New Mexico Dealer and authorized buyer for Eastern Museums offered me $175.00 for Blanket last summer.
Why not write Mr Bra Mi I'm sure he will give you a different talk on the Blanket than your expert friend did.

Since writing you have disposed of all my Navajo Blankets and do not care to handle any more in future. Should I have a chance in disposing of all Blankets you can gladly make the desired trade - selection but at present I do not care to break my Basket collection any more.
