Dear Sir
Enclosed you will find application for the admission of another County Patient also Der Millers certificate he is mistaken about his sister being at Fulton She is in your charge, Annie B. Smith.
If you cannot receive him telegraph me the patient is in jail & the Sherriff wants to start with him on the 9th Inst. if I don't hear from I will send him Friday the 9th Inst.
