Gentlemen;
We have this day received from the Board of Managers office at Jefferson City, the abstract and deed for the two lots on which our fuel oil station is located, with directions to forward in payment of this property which had been held here for sometime awaiting arrival f these papers and instructions. In accordance with these instructions I am enclosing herewith check No. 6067, dated June 9, 1925, for $3,200.00 made payable to the Oklahoma Producing and Refinery Company as per our record here.
