Dear Sir:
My friend Mr. Gilham of Highland Springs - Cal. told me of your visit to him some time ago and knowing that you are interested in Indian Baskets I take the liberty in sending you this letter.
Having collected Indian Relics or Baskets exclusively for the past 25 years - I disposed of all my Indian Relics about two years ago
This collection was on exhibition at the Memorial Museum Golden Gate Park - San Francisco, Cal.
I enclose clippings - but ask you kindly to return same. I spent much time among the various Indians of California - Arizona & New Mexico and my Basket Collection of today amounts to just 150 good pieces, while I have handled many thousand pieces - I made a small but good collection.
Actual cost of this collection amounts to about $2,000.00 but offer entire collection at $1,500.00.
Will gladly mail photographs & full details should you care to receive them.
