Letter from David Hull to Son George C Hull

1: Zanesville Jany 5/62 Dear Geordy, Although I think of you often every day and always in the morning and at evening during the silent hours of the peaceful Sabbath I think of you most frequently for then I face most painfully the void which your absence has made in our little family circle our resent disappointment in not receiving a visit from you during the holidays I suppose has caused me to think more about you and feel more distressed more then usual and I could not resist the desire i felt to hold communion with you on paper as all communion or intercedence in any other way is debarred us It has just occurred to me
