Dear Sir:-
Answering your letter of the 26th, the baskets which we procured sometime ago are the entire original Captain Tocier collection, consisting of baskets from every section of the Pacific Northwest as well as from Alaska.
Should you come to the coast in the near future, it might be best if you could look the baskets over yourself, if not, we will either send you illustrations of them or send a sample lot should you so desire.
We have been busy of late and have been unable to give much attention to old Indian Curios alto we have accumulated quite a stock of them.
In the near future we will have same classified and photographed and you will be one of the first to whom we will submit a list together with illustrations of those we have in stock.
