Description

Vol 1 P. 244D Letter from Hudson Bay Fur Company to Harry George noting they sent items to George Y. Hull and noting they are working towards compiling a list of items for sale. Dear Sir:- Your letter has been received. We have since then shipped a number of articles to Mr. Hull, but have not yet heard from him. The Steamer Belvedere", is the one we referred to in our last letter as having been lost in the Arctic. This being our busiest time in the Fur Business, we have not yet been able to compile the List, you are interested in, more particularly as our Curio man, Prof Frobese, has been away from several weeks. He will be active again in a short time & we will then let him compile the List. Very truly yours
