My Dear Mr. George
Today while out hunting & shopping I found a beautiful Pomo feather basket all literally covered in feathers it belongs to an old collection & I consider it an excellent specimen of Pomo feathers that has a fringe ^or border, of quail tips all around & a fringe of beads & Abalony shell - really it's a beauty & a friend, a basket collector, had it ???? it's yours, it you want it. I paid 25.00 for it but you won't regret it when you see it.
When I returned to the Hotel to get your list, so that I would know what you had & what you wanted. I got your letter & list handed it to my daughter to carry in her purse & I said to her don't loose it, & when we got to the store & the letter was lost so I am at sea about your wants other than the one I bought so please let me have the list once again - what you have & what you want as I am sure I can pick you up some good specimens & I will be here until about 20th so write me at once c/o Green Hotel, Pasadena, CalifSubject
