Context

LONG LIVE BRUNEI - The story begins in 1930, when the author printed a small paper "National Messenger" for selling stamps and approvals. Throughout the years the equipment had been disposed of until he discovered another Brunei in 1971. He begged & cajoled until the owner begrudgingly gave it to him. This is the original article that he subsequently printed in Arrow Amateur 117, 1990.
