A packet of four 5" X 7" pictures of Dr. Liam O'Brien from 'Photographs by Shultz', St. Joseph, Mo. It is addressed to Mrs. Marg Miner, Community Affairs Dept. Mo. State Hospital #2, St. Joseph, Mo. and contains a 5¢ stamp. There is a cardboard insert to protect the pictures.

Official Memorandum from Missouri Division of Mental Diseases, dated September 19, 1966 TO Dr. Liam O'Brien, OFFICE St. Joseph State Hospital FROM Frederick A. Indorf, Ed. D. OFFICE Central SUBJECT Consultation in Special Education Picture for annual report.
The picture which we receive for use in the Annual Report is a bit dark and
we would appreciate a different shot. As most of our pictures have already
gone in to have plates made, we would appreciate having this new picture as
soon as possible.
