Poses of Lindbergh Baby, Seen No More At Parents Home, 1932.
The pictures in this article are titled: Object of a nation's search--Charles Augustus Lindbergh Jr. Here he is peeking over the edge of his crib while at play. This is the greeting his mother knew when she approached his crib for a romp. Not so merry here, some problem, perhaps, has presented itself at playtime requiring this serious concentration. His curly head rises up to view the world beyond his crib with all the curiosity that comes with the age of twenty months.
At the bottom of the page is a picture diagram of the Lindbergh home showing the nursery. The drawing shows the ladder used by kidnappers, the nursery, the parents room and the hallway.
