One Maid-rite had occupied the old gas station on the NE corner of Ashland & Frederick Avenue for numerous years until they sold the building to Crumbly Burger.
Maid-Rite had also purchased the old Henry building on St. Joseph Ave but was later sold to become the Cabana Grill.
For a few years back in the 1980's, there was also a Maid-Rite at 12th & Commercial.
There also was a Maid-Rite at 3508 North Belt Highway just south of the Y Motel in the mid-1970's.
