Monthly time book for male & female employees from April 1955 thru February 1958. No work area designated.
The log book contains an list of male & female employees for each month. Total number of days worked that month is listed behind each name. Occasionally after an employees name & days worked there will be a notation if the employee resigned, had vacation, was dismissed or any other pertinent information.
On many pages a doctors name is stamped & starting in April 1957 there are doctors names at the end of each month & the number of days the doctor worked. Occasionally behind an employees name will be their job title, eg. N.A.
There is a loose paper in the front of this log entitled Vacations. This is a hand written note about employees & their upcoming vacations. There is no name on this paper as to who wrote the note or who the not is written to.
