Monthly time book for male & female employees from February 1943 thru June 1944. No work area designated.
Stapled in the front of the book on State Hospital No. 2 stationary, dated January 1,1944, is a list of employees who have one day extra time for New Year's. The second page is dated December 20,1943 & is a list of employees who have one day extra time for Thanksgiving.
Paperclipped to the last page of the time book is a sheet with a list of employees who have one day extra time for Decoration Day. With this list is a small piece of paper with miscellaneous notes.
The log book contains an alphabetized list of male & female employees for each month. To the left of the employees name is a note as to whether they work the day or night shift. Total number of days worked that month is listed behind each name & behind total days worked is the employees rate of pay. At the end of the line there may be a notation if the employee resigned, had vacation, was dismissed or any other pertinent information. Any new employees starting during the month are listed at the end of the month.
