In the front of the log book are slips of paper that were found throughout the log book. These papers have information about employees vacation time, holidays, etc.
The log book contains an alphabetized list of male & female employees working in the nursing department. Employees total days worked for that month is behind each name. Any notes such as vacation, termination, resignation, leave of absence is written after the total days worked.
