Monthly time book for male& female employees from July 1944 thru March 1945. Work area is not designated.
In the front of the log book is a loose paper for the State Hospital #2 entitled "Weekly Report of Absences, Inductions into Service & Termination of Employment". The report is for the week ending July 25,1953. This record is to be signed by the department head or supervisor & sent to the superintendent at the close of office hours on Saturday of reporting week.
The log book contains an alphabetized list of male & female employees for each month. Total days worked that month is listed behind each name. After the total days worked is the rate of pay for that employee. Behind the rate of pay there may be a notation about an employees resignation, vacation time, dismissal or suspension, etc.
New employees starting during the month were added on at the end of the alphabetized list of employees.
In July of 1944 there is a sheet of paper listing employees who had extra time for working July 4th.
