The seal of the state of Missouri between two bells This is to Certify That on the sixteenth day of May in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and --- at St. Joseph in the County of Buchanan and State aforesaid I the undersigned a Minister of the Gospel by authority of a license bearing date the 16 day of May A.D. 1900 and issued by the Recorder of Deeds of Buchanan County Missouri did join in HOLY MATRIMONY Andrew Kuebler AND Miss Martha Wildberger of the County of Buchanan of the County of Buchanan State of Missouri State of Missouri In the presence of Phil Weakerlin \ Wm. Hackmemi Witnesses evang. Pastor Mrs Emilie Baltz / (affixed to the bottom of the certificate is a 10¢ United States Internal Revenue Document stamp. The date MAY 16 1900 is printed over it. The document has a raised seal underneath the stamp)
