Metropolitan Seminars in Art: Portfolio 10 - Water Color, Pastel, and Prints was developed by the Museum to help the layman reach some satisfactory understanding of the paintings that attract his interest in the museums of the world, or wherever else he may see them. This is a series of 12 Portfolios on various subjects and aspects of art. Both art and the artists are included. Twelve plates of the various paintings to be discussed are included in a pocket inside the front cover. There is, also, a short bio of each of the 12 painters whose works are discussed in the book.
