Report by State Building Director of State Owned Buildings, 1946-1948.
The report covers activities of the Division of Public Buildings since the inaugeration of the department, July 1946. The department surveys the various institutions to ascertain the more important items of repairs to existing buildings, the necessity for additional new buildings, etc.
The report covers the State Hospitals of Missouri, Missouri State Schools, Missouri Training School for Boys, Industrial Home for Negro Girls, Ellis-Fischel State Cancer Hospital, Missouri State Sanatorium, State Capitol Power House, Missouri State Fair.
The second section of the report is a detailed account of expenditures at the various institutions from Post War Reserve Funds for new construction, repairs & additions from July 1,1946 to December 1,1948.
The third section of the report has to do with the construction & repair work that is contemplated for fiscal years July1,1949 to June30,1950 and July 1,1950 to June 30,1951 at the various institutions.Collection
