Multidimensional Description of Child Personality: A Manual for the Personality Inventory for Children.
The Personality Inventory for Children (PIC) seeks to provide comprehensive and clinically relevent personality descriptions of individuals primarily in the range from six to sixteen years of age, but can also be obtained for children between the ages three and five.
The PIC consists of 600 questionnaire items which can be answered True or False regarding the respondent's opinion of a child's behavior, attitudes and family relationship. Research has shown that generally the most useful respondent is the biological mother with whom the child has continuously lived. However, helpful insights can also be gained from other sources.
Along with the manual for PIC there are 5 folders containing:
-Administration booklets for PIC
-Answer sheets for PIC with some random sheets of questions
-PIC profile forms for ages 3-5
-PIC profile forms for ages 6-16
-Scoring templates for PIC along with a pamphlet and order form about computer scoring and interpretation of the PIC.Lexicon
