Located at 33rd & Olive Streets
In 1957, after Krug School, which had once been a school for the mentally handicapped was abandoned and the School District built a brand new school at 33rd & Olive
Myrtle Miller had been the principal at Krug for many years so they named the new school after her
In 1973, the school was entered into the new Middle School Plan
The school was then renamed to Harry S Truman Middle School
Thus, there is no longer a Myrtle Miller School
