Northwest Missouri Press Association Convention article found in St. Joseph Women's Press Club Scrapebook Items. Article discusses a tea held for the women members of the Association and wives of members. Program was presented with Miss Juanita Cochran , soprano soloist performing as well as a girls' trio composed of Misses Alene Hall, Mary Margaret George and Joan Schrader. Several other entertainers are mentioned including Faucett Ross, Magician. Jack Lacy, executive secretary of the general activities division of the Chamber of Commerce was master of ceremonies of a floor show. Also mentioned as part of the activities was a luncheon hosted by M. K. Goetz Brewing Company and its president, Robert Jornayvaz.
