Deed James O'Donoghue to Frederick W. Smith for the sum of $4,000 the north half of lot 10 in block 20 in St. Joseph, Missouri saving and reserving to the owner in fee of the south half of said lot the right in common with the said Smith and assign to use the central stairway running to the upper stories of said building and also the right in common with the owner in fee of the south half of said to use the central stairway aforesaid. Dated August 3, 1853, recorded August 12, 1853.
