Abstract of Title, Oliver, Glass & Wilson's Addition to the City of St. Joseph, Lot 13, & vacated part of Jones Street South of same in Block 6.(Current location would be SW corner 19th & Jones Streets). Originally part of a larger 1846 plot of land granted to Simeon Kemper by U.S. President James K. Polk (NW ¼of Section Nine, Township 57, Range 35 containing 160 acres). It became the Oliver, Glass, Wilson Addition. c. 1856. Includes petition for division of property to R.M. Glass's heirs who were minors at his death, 1857.
