Parkbridge Apartments on MacArthur Drive Proposal, St. Joseph, 1976. Files of Brunner & Brunner Architects. Proposal for Apartment complex at MacArthur Drive and I-229 Hwy in St. Joseph which was never built. It was championed by James Turner as a Planned Residential Development Over-looking the Missouri River Valley". H.U.D. denied the project as unacceptable because of the remoteness of the site and expense of construction near the River Bluffs, and excess train traffic along the railroad in that vicinity.
