Patient Making Latch Hook Project, St. Joseph State Hospital No. 2, c. 1970. A patient with a staff member/volunteer doing latch hook (making a sort of rug or art piece by pulling short pieces of yarn through a stiff sort of net with a hand tool, was popular in the 70's through the 90's).
