Patient Purchases Binder, State Hospital No. 2, 1992-2004. Blue 3-ring binder containing individual patient sales mostly for ceramics. Each page has the persons name at the top & a list of what they bought with the date received & the amount paid.
In the front of the binder are two loose papers. One is a CWP Industries Ceramic Order Form & the other is a copy of a check & order form from the CWP Industry for items purchased for the Glore Museum dated April 2002.
