This building was constructed in 1909 as the United states Weather Bureau. The building permit listed the price of $15,440. The Weather Bureau Station closed in 1954 and the building was then converted into apartments
This well preserved and outstanding example of the Beaux Arts school of design is of landmark calibre and would contribute greatly to the establishment of a historic district in the Robidoux hills area
This structure once housed the US Weather Bureau in St Joseph
It is located north of the Police Station on the southwest corner of 5th & Isadore
The building is still standing and is still in good condition
