Context

This structure was built in 1906, and was the home of Felix Rich's Hardware & Tin Shop. According to the 1953 City Directory, Felix Rich lived upstairs in his shop. The building was getting a bit dilapidated at one point, faded and run down looking. However, from more recent photos it appears someone has restored the building front to a beautiful condition.
