Context
(1917) Warehouse/Light Manufacturing Facility. Classical Revival influence. Seven-story brick building with a simple projecting metal cornice on the facade (matches 302-306 N. Fourth St.).
1/1 sash; The first three stories have six bays with triple rowlock segmental arched window bays. Fenestration was sheathed on the fourth through sixth stories, but the rhythm of bays was maintained within brick arcading. Tall stone (or composition stone) surrounds two bays of first and second stories in the center with a segmental drip cap. Recessed double bay entry altered. The south elevation is similar to the main facade with a later connection to 302-306 N. Fourth Street. Connection with open first through third stories and "bridge" on fourth through sixth stories with similar details. The north elevation has an uneven 1/1 fenestration pattern.
From 1918-1924 the building housed the Baterall Shoe Factor.
From 1924-1930 the building housed the Woodland Hotel.
From 1930 to 1940 the building housed the General Electric Supply Company.
From 1940 to 1946 the building was vacant.

From 1958 onward the building housed the National Bellas Hess.
