Context

1908 St. Joseph News Press advertisement for Jamieson Machine Co. Jamieson Machine Company was founded by William E. Jamieson and his two eldest sons in 1904. They built a two story brick building, 40 by 120 feet, at 213-215 North Second Street. It was adapted especially for a modern machine shop with the most modern equipment powered by electricity. The company is still in operation as of June 2024.
