ST JOSEPH CIVIC ARENA
100 North 4th Street
This is St Joseph's new auditorium, it is called the Civic Arena
It is bounded by 4th and 5th Streets, Felix and Francis Streets
This new structure was built to replace the original City Auditorium
It is not nearly as well liked as the original auditorium
One of the new defective multi-level parking lots is just east of the Arena
It's top level has been blocked off as it was deemed to be unsafe
The city is now wanting to either remove the defective level or repair it
Nothing to date has been done to the upper level as yet
