3rd & Edmond - Board of Trade Building
This beautiful building was constructed in 1885 on the corner of 3rd & Edmond. It was located south of the old city hall. It was the first building in St. Joseph to have a passenger elevator.
The building no longer exists, being demolished during Urban Renewal in the 1970s.
Around the early 1900s, the Hotel Truckenmiller occupied this approximate location.
