Description

Pony Express Building. Details the investigation in 1954 to identify the structure in Old Sacramento that was the first home of the Pony Express. Golden Notes, Vol, 23, No. 2, December, 1977. Rather than the Wells Fargo Building, on which such a plaque had been installed, the actual building was the Alta Telegraph Co. building.
