Presidential Addresses and State Papers, Part One. One volume of The Works of Theodore Roosevelt. It is believed that these addresses and state papers have not previously been compiled together. Most were given after Mr. Roosevelt became President for the years 1902 and 1903, but the first article in the book "was written in 1900 while he was Governor of New York and previous to the Republican National Convention, which nominated him for Vice-President."
