Description

Readers' Theater: Women Writers Along the Rivers is story of women in northwest Missouri and northeast Kansas. These women lived and wrote in Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Clinton, DeKalb, Holt, and Nodaway counties in Missouri, and in Atchison, Brown, and Doniphan counties in Kansas between the years l850 and 1950. Some of these authors were famous; others were unknown beyond the circle of their families and the borders of their communities.
