A small brown leather booklet 'Prepared By COOPER, WINDLE & CO., Live Stock Commission Merchants, SOUTH ST. JOSEPH, MO.' The outside flaps fold over the record book. There is a place for a pen/pencil and a pocket in the back for receipts/notes.
The last two pages are a calendar for the years 1915 and 1916Context
The inside cover gives the full names of the company owners, plus adds:
"The only Commission firm on the ground floor
Our interests are mutual. Give us a trial."
The next page reads: "WRITE US
WIRE US
TELEPHONE US
CONSIGN TO US
TELEPHONE SOUTH 383"
The headings on the remaining pages of the book, that span the left & right sides, read:

However, these headings are not used in that manner and the entries do not span both pages.
