Deed John and Dicey Grigsby To William P. Richardson, 1836.
John and his wife of the county of Lewis in the state of Missouri for the consideration of $450 to them in hand paid by William P. Richardson the following described lots or parcels of land being in the County of Lewis and state of Missouri: northwest ¼ if the section 4 township 61 north of the base line range 7 west of the 5th principal meridian containing 40 acres 85¾/100 together with another tract described as follows; east ½ of the NW of section 4 township 61 north of the base line range 7 west of 5 principal meridian containing 85 and 71½/100 acres together with another tract described as follows SE ¼ of the NE of section 5, township 61 north of the base line range no. 7 west of the 5th principal meridian covering 41 23½/100 acres.
