Indenture William Richardson Administrator of Richard M. Chandler and Henry Lane, 1834. This Indenture was made June, 1836 between William P. Richardson Administrator of the estate of Richard W. Chandler, deceased of the first part and Henry Lane of Adams County Illinois. In October, 1834 Richardson sold real estate in Marion County Missouri which had belonged to Chandler to Henry Lane for $70.
Be it remembered that on this June 1, 1836 personally appeared before me William P. Richardson whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument. It was signed W. T. Howell clerk of Marion Co. MO.
