Five bus tours to sites on the historic trails were hosted by the Gateway Chapter, they were titled: Jesse James Country River Rates in the Missouri River Valley Fort Leavenworth, Weston and Atchison Historic Mormon Sites of Northwest Missouri St. Joe Road The booklet includes, among others, information about Jesse James, Lewis & Clark, Col. Henry Leavenworth, Ben Holladay, Amelia Earhart, the Mormons in Caldwell and Davies Counties, Missouri, Far West, Liliburn Boggs Expulsion, Missouri River, Iowa Sac Sac Fox Mission, and Marysville, Kansas.
