This pin seems to be a Bulgarian Army cap insignia as indicated by the Green coloring. Cap cockade pins were used by Bulgaria and Russia in the early 20th Century. It's possible that this particular pin was used in the Balkan Wars between 1911-1913 or in the First World War.
