Saurman Portrait Studio Photo of Two Women, c. 1885. Studio portrait, full-length, of two women, possibly mother/daughter. The older woman is seated at right. She has dark hair, pulled back, parted in center. She is wearing a dark cress with front button bodice, skirt with pleated hemline, and over skirt with darker border. The dress has a white collar with crossed ends. The younger girl is standing with her hand on the older woman's left shoulder. Her dark dress has a similar bodice and pleated hem, but with a draped over-skirt and wide lace collar. Her dark hair is pulled back, parted in center, and maybe a braid at back crown. Unidentified.
