This is the first volume of records kept by Mary L. Moss of the St. Joseph Literary Luncheon Club, organized in January 1908. Each meeting is summarized and the members present listed. The speaker is noted and the talk is given is summarized. Any newspaper clipping of the event is in the book. There are often examples of the place cards, some handmade. Occasionally, a postcard is pasted in which refers to the subject of the talk.
